At Solar Buddies, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make things right. Our Refunds and Returns Policy is designed to be hassle-free and straightforward because we believe in making your shopping experience as delightful as possible.

 

Our Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return on all products if you no longer require your items. We also offer a 30-day guarantee on all products. If your item is faulty or becomes faulty, you may return it within 30-days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If it is over 30-days but under 6-months, we will issue a replacement for the faulty part (please note that this excludes shipping costs).

 

All replacements will be issued within 7 days of returned item being received.

 

Easy Returns Process

Returning an item is simple with Solar Buddies. Just follow these easy steps: 

 

1. You can use our free returns portal with Royal Mail to return your item here.

2. You can also contact our customer service team at help@solarbuddies.co.uk to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, if possible, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.

4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Royal Mail will provide a return label if using the portal. This is a free return service.

5. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

6. Upon approval, we will issue a refund within 5 days to your original payment method or process an exchange according to your preference.

 

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with packaging intact.

Returns must be initiated within 30-days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price, excluding any shipping charges within 5-days of receipt of goods back.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
