Rest of the world orders use a fully-tracked 12-16 day service with Deutschepost Global Mail.
You will receive a tracking number on the order confirmation email from us, this will have a tracking number on for you to check on your order status.
The tracking code will start with LY followed by six numbers and the letters DE, or for German orders, this will begin with RS.
*Please be aware that the shipping times provided by all couriers are approximate. Once your items leave our warehouse, we rely on our couriers to deliver them within the specified timeframe. However, there may be occasional delays due to factors such as flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or postal strikes.
